special occasions dress Are Second Hand Wedding Dresses a Better Option

Are Second Hand Wedding Dresses a Better Option

Sean Saunders

Spending thousands thousands of dollars on an expensive wedding dress is just stupid, plain simple. That fact is doubly so when you consider all of the second hand wedding dresses that are ALWAYS available to you and me.

If you're a millionaire with tons of cash to burn, obviously you can do and/or buy whatever you want. However, if you're planning a wedding on a budget -- which is likely the case -- an expensive, top-of-the-line, designer wedding gown just isn't a viable option. The smart brides know this, which is why they will always choose second hand wedding dresses.

The More-Than-Possible Savings

When you stop to think of the savings potential from this decision, it's truly mind numbing. A new, designer wedding gown can cost anywhere from a not-so-low $4500 to a whopping $10,000 or more. Compare that immense figure to the cost of a second hand wedding dress -- which should cost substantially less than $1500 -- and it's really a no-brainer.

Here's something to wrap your mind around: If you were to wear your mother's or grandmother's wedding gown, the expense would be. NOTHING! Just imagine the amount of cash you could save by getting a FREE wedding dress!

Places to Look

- Family. As mentioned above, your mother, grandmother, or other female relative is an excellent start when searching for second hand wedding dresses.

- Antique Stores. Such a place is worth a few minutes of browsing, however unlikely it may seem to you. If you do find a gown here, not only will it be cheap, it'll be traditional too.

- Thrift Stores. Don't scoff at this idea, as it's a great way to find cheap wedding dresses when you're on a budget. Visit a few thrift shops and/or used clothes stores in the area and see if anything catches your eye.

Why You Shouldn't Be Picky

It's important to avoid being overly picky. Why? Because these are second hand wedding dresses you're looking through, NOT newly designed ones. The more important reason, though, is that any dress you find can be cheaply altered to match your size, style, as well as your wedding theme.

With the money you saved by choosing to wear a second hand gown, it'll be incredibly easy to find hire a good seamstress to make the necessary changes.

formal dress boutiques Mortal Kombat Game Review ps3

Mortal Kombat Game Review ps3

Mortal Kombat, a long loved fighting franchise that has been running since the times of arcades, since which has been tampered and altered with so much, it's not very recognisable compared to the original classics. With this new Mortal Kombat title, Nether Realm Studios are stripping back all the gimmicks that held the series back and try to breathe new life into a dying franchise.

Mortal Kombat retells the story of the original games after the events of Armageddon; with Raiden's last scrape of energy after losing to Shao Kahn, he sends his former self a message to stop the events that led to Armageddon occurring. Other than this, and a couple of twists, not much has been changed from the original plot, however due to the high production cut scenes and voice acting you will feel as if you are playing a totally new and original adventure, and this is especially apparent towards the later parts of the game.

Gimmicks have been scrapped, and the gameplay finely tuned, providing the most robust and exciting title in the series for years. Controls are easy to learn, but hard to master, and find the perfect balance between the two. The characters will respond instantly upon your command, and with time and skill, you will soon be stringing together multiple combos and unleashing them on your opponent smoothly.

A bar in the bottom corner will gauge your skill and damage, and fill accordingly. This provides you with access to: enhanced, more powerful moves; Breakers, which stop an opponent's combo; and X-Ray moves, special moves which unleash a powerful move on the opposing fighter if used correctly. Rather than worsen the experience, this new addition adds to the excitement of the fight, allowing you to be creative with your fighting technique. Although they are useful for new comers, X-Ray moves can become quite annoying and tiresome for experiences players and can at times seem cheap and overpowered.

The main story will last you around 6 hours, and is great for introducing you to the game at a steady learning curve. Bosses can seem unfair and cheap, and are the only downside of the experience. This isn't the only thing to do in Mortal Kombat, after beating the game there is plenty to do, such as the classic Arcade ladder, challenges, and local or online multi-player. The single player extras easily double the play time, and the multiplayer only lengthens this further. After this though, it's most likely that the only times that you return to the game will be at parties. Mortal Kombat is definitely a multi-player arcade game at heart, and it holds true in this title.

Online multiplayer is greatly improved since Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe, including lobbies for beginners and experts to provide a fun experience for everyone. Many modes are available, the most interesting being King of the Hill, in which you have to win to keep fighting and observe others matches. You can expect minor lag and some server failures, but this isn't game breaking or majorly apparent.

Being an 18(M) rated game, Mortal Kombat is as gory as ever, with stunning fatalities to prove it. The helpful menu system also allows you to see how to perform the fatalities in game and saves the need to scour the internet for them. Tonnes of unlockables are available, including alternate costumes and art, and are obtained through gaining money by performing well in fights, and spending the money at the impressive crypt, the innovative alternative for a shop within the game.

Mortal Kombat truly is what fans have been craving for, a game that delivers with both gore and smooth gameplay to match. Only some minor flaws are present, but that doesn't deduct from this being essential for any fighting game fan's collection.

ball gown The Afternoon Show

The Afternoon Show

CLAIRE LIAM'S DIARY

How we felt about the winOnce we were announced as the winning couple it was like being in a dream - we really could not believe it! While we thought we were in with a chance at the start of the day by the middle of the show we were telling each other that it was a great experience and that we had a great time up until then. Some of the viewers may have noticed that we were chatting throughout the show. I was in shock and found out later that so was Liam - in fact it was very funny to watch our reactions, It was a complete role reversal - I was speechless and Liam was able to talk for Ireland!! It is things like this that really enforce the fact that our personalities compliment each other. We left the studio and we now know what it is like to be on cloud nine - we really felt like we were floating. By 11pm that evening I was still shaking! The next morning still felt surreal - it was a feeling that neither of us had ever experience before it was fantastic!!

The Dress Shopping with MammyIt was great fun shopping for wedding dresses with mam mainly because she is so honest - that is not always a good thing but this day it was. She came to Kilkenny the night before and I made dinner while we discussed the day ahead. We had to get the red-eye train at 7am from Kilkenny, as mam does not like to travel with me when I am driving - she is a nervous passenger. They even gave us a bottle of champers before we left which I thought was really kind. Then next stop was Tyrell and Brennan where we were met by Designer Donald - who was also very professional and was able to help me choose the right style for my shape. Last stop was Annabel Rose where we were met by Tina and Evelyn who were extremly helpful and who also gave me some great advice.

Mam enjoyed the whole experience and was able to tell me straight out what was and was not nice. Luckily enough - we agreed on all of the dresses!! I suppose there is a first time for everything! Last stop was Annabel Rose where we were met by Tina and Evelyn who were very helpful and who also gave me some good advice.

Overall the day went very well - we just missed our 6.30pm train from Heuston so we went to the bar where we had a couple of G while we waited for the 8pm train back home.

The Viewers' ChoiceI actually liked the idea of the viewers choosing the dress because it was like having the nation's opinion on it and it was great that the decision ultimately did not lie with me because I really liked all three dresses and would have been happy with any one of them. The good thing about the Tyrrell Brennan dress that was chosen is that it will be altered to suit my height - rather than taking an inch off the end it will be custom-made to suit my height and build - because I am so petite I really like this idea. I was in work when the studio contacted me to let me know the result and I was shaking on the phone - all my colleagues surprisingly went to the other end of the office - somehow afraid of the TV scenario - very strange! I was delighted with their choice and loved the whole experience so far. I think it is very flattering that the viewers are interested in our wedding and that they are voting on the various options. I collected my best friend, (and groomsman) Niall on the way to our first port of call, Gentlemen Please in Malahide. Peter, my brother and best man who had flown over from Plymouth for day, met us there. Alan, the store's owner, introduced us to a number of alternatives to traditional wedding suits. We even rubbed shoulders with none other than Ronan Keating.

Next stop was Louis Copeland's on Capel St. The choice of suit here was more classical in style. We tried a number of different options before moving on to our final stop for the day a Bond Brothers in Goatstown. The options here were much more formal with the likes of top hats and tails, fine silks or even kilts as an option.

All in all we had a lot of fun during the day. We tried as many options as we had time for. It was also great to spend some time with my brother. He doesn't get a chance to come home very much due to work commitments so it was great to get a chance to catch up. Viewers Choice on SuitsI was very happy with the viewer choice. I guess not everyone gets to get married in a suit by a designer that the lads from Westlife use. Each of the suits were very nice in their own way. Liam more or less grew up by the river and we have both been to many weddings there so we can rest assured that we, and more importantly our guests will be looked after very well. Siobhan, the marketing manager in Ferrycarraig called Claire as soon as it was announced to congratulate us and to have a chat about our big day. The enthusiasm was great and the good wishes just keep coming. I love flowers anyway and there is no flower that I dislike. After the show there were friends and family calling me to see which flowers I liked and I just asked them to vote for the one they themselves preferred as if I had been given the choice I really would not have been able to make up my mind. My mother decided to come along to give her opinion (on my driving more so than the dresses!) so she and both the bridesmaids stayed in Kilkenny on the Friday night when I prepared a nice meal and we had a great evening it turned out to be a very pleasant evening of Prosecco, catching up and girly chats. We rose early, had a hearty breakfast and headed to Leitrim. When we arrived Ray was expecting us so he had the dresses ready for the girls to try on as I had given him their measurements the previous week. Initially I was going to go for a peppermint green colour but when they had the dresses on, we realised that this colour was a bit insipid on the girls so when they tried on the coral / sunshine coloured dresses we all knew that was the colour to go for.

Tasting in FerrycarraigWe went to the menu tasting in Ferrycarraig on a sunny Friday evening the 13th April and it was one of the most enjoyable meals we have been to in a long time. We were brought to our table on arrival, which was situated in the corner of the restaurant and had beautiful views of the River Slaney. Both Jeanette (General Manager) and Michael (Banqueting Manager) were very attentive throughout and gave us great advise on what they thought would be the best option to give our guests. Needless to say we came away confident that we had made the right decisions on the menu. Having said that, every aspect of the meal was great and the decisions were very tough as the food was delicious - and of course we did not agree on everything - that is where Jeanette helped us out. We are now looking forward to our day even more and are secure in the fact that the staff and quality at The Ferrycarraig will make each and every one of our guests very happy and more to the point - satisfied.

Choice of HoneymoonOnce again we were very happy with the choice of honeymoon and were confident that the viewers would make a good choice. We knew it was somewhere hot so I started packing when we got home! We were thrilled with the Maldives - it really is a once in a lifetime luxurious holiday and I know we will love it. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no traditional fruit cake as we both find it a bit too heavy - particularly after a 4 course meal. They all tasted great and when the chocolate biscuit was announced as the viewers choice we were thrilled. It is the type of cake that everybody likes and once our guests are happy soare we! I know that there will be a few slices going up to the bridal suite anyway. Knowing Liam he will probably have chocolate biscuit cake for breakfast!

The Hen PartyWhoever invented hen nights should be given a pat on the back. They are a great opportunity for all the girls you have befriended throughout different stages of your life to meet up and have a hooley. So many of my best friends were there - some from primary school, college and home. There were 26 of us in total including cousins and mammies and each of the mammies brought a friend - they all had a ball. A special thanks must be extended to my Bridesmaids Michelle and Aileen who organised everythingfrom to booking the accommodation, meals and treatments. I did not have to lift a finger. All the Hen party were given pink Boas and black outfits while I wore a red boa and a blue dress so that I stood out. It was back to work on Monday and it took a while to thaw out!

wedding gowns inexpensive Fashion Trends for 2010

Fashion Trends for 2010

Greg Pierce

In the wedding scenario, the wedding gown is still the expected conversation-piece. Of course, we all get to talk about the bride, the groom, the reception, the venue, etc. but the bride's gown still holds a pinnacle of its own. Thus, it is just fitting to take into consideration the latest wedding gown trend and make the gown worthy to be scrutinized by all. For 2010, there are some additional accents, some cuts preferred in the wedding fashion scene. Every 2010 bride should have an idea on these trends.

The general style is in minimalism - less frilly, less bulky or billowy. Ruffles are out and the cut is plain and flat but embellishments abound. Crystals and stones balance the minimal cut. The upper is either strapless or haltered. The traditional long gown still prevails but minus the train for the length. For informal or non-church weddings, the knee length or tea length wedding gowns are in style.

For the skinny, the cinched waist is in, but without the bow ribbon. For those on the plus-size, there's the semi-empire but one with less billow. Basically, the following styles are the wedding gown trends for 2010:

1. Grecian gown - This is a style for the slim and small-breasted. A Grecian style is long and loosely flowing but without the traditional wedding gown train. This is high-waisted and is best accentuated with gold crystals.

2. Ball gown styles - This can fit all body sizes. Cover bulges by adding a geometric pattern design on areas needing coverage for full figured. Cross a material from the left shoulder down to the right hips for instance. The ball gown styles are long, but again without the train, and with a smooth design or silhouette.

3. 50's style - The past only becomes modern when fashion dictates it. 2009 was all about the 60's and 70's. 2010 is all about the 50's. This cut has a wide-belted waist minus the bow, ballooned, and knee length. Plain clothing material is used, but a lacey torso or a lacey bolero can also be used in this style.

For the wedding gown colors, white or ivory still prevails but the wedding gown trends for 2010 dictate newer colors for the bride. Pastels are in with champagne, pink and gray. Gold or silver accents are also in. A garden wedding is every girl's dream and having it in Los Angeles is like a dream come true and so much more!

wear dresses How To Feel Like A Princess On Your Wedding Day

How To Feel Like A Princess On Your Wedding Day

Who doesn't want to feel like a princess on her wedding day? You want to feel like a princess to your parents, your new husband and a princess to all the little children attending the wedding. Not only that but the little girl inside all of us is truly nurtured. So, why not have a princess inspired wedding to truly give you a feeling of royalty?

A princess inspired wedding theme first and foremost must centre on a fairytale. For every stereotypical thought you may have of a princess in a story book or fairytale, there is a wedding idea that can be incorporated into your big day. When it comes to your dress, it really needs to be princess themed. Of course, it is up to you what style or colour dress you wear as trends, cultures and families differ hugely. You could choose a ball gown shaped dress, for example, with a fitted bodice and full skirt. These look great especially if the skirt is really full with layers and layers of tulle and netting. Alternatively, you may go for a simple fitted silk gown with a long silk train. This type of dress can be made more princess like with the introduction of a small crown or tiara. If you are opting for coloured wedding attire, ensure you are covered with face and hair jewels to complete the Oriental princess look. The same ideas apply to bridesmaids and young female attendants.

Second, to must ensure that your groom is kitted out as your prince. No, he doesn't need to look like he has just walked off a pantomime set, but he does need to look the part. A lightly coloured suit would be in keeping with the rest of the theme or something similar. However, he may be dressing is bright colours which is fine too as long as he looks very smart and well groomed. After all, princes are always well dressed and terribly appealing?

Sweet little male attendants are usually more accommodating than older ones when it comes to dressing up for a wedding. Why not use them as your mini princes, and dress them in three quarter length trousers, waistcoats with crisp shirts underneath. They will look perfect next to the mini princesses!

Fourth, when it comes to flowers, anything goes as long as they are pretty, plentiful and beautifully scented. Ensure all members of the bridal party have buttonholes, female attendants should carry posies draped in ribbon and table decorations should coordinate nicely with everything else. It's becoming more and more common for tables to be scattered with petals so why not do this too?

Guests will naturally think of castles, carriages and silver tiaras when they learn of your princess themed wedding. What a better way to succumb to their, and your, desires than with Princess themed candles as favours and place settings. Tie in the silver theme with silver organza ribbon tied round napkins and on floral decorations.

And for those of you who really want to go for it in style, why not hire an ice sculptor to create a fantastic centrepiece? You could even have one made in a castle shape!

women wear Something New

Something New

The saying "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue" is a popular little wedding rhyme that has been passed down through the generations. It is just one of the many traditions that make up a typical wedding. But what exactly does that clever rhyme mean? In order to make use of these traditions in your wedding, it's a nice thing to know what these traditions actually stand for. Here are the most common traditions used today and what they represent.

Let's start with the previously mentioned rhyme. "Something old" symbolized the ties that the bride has to her "old life. "Something new" is for the new life she is beginning. "Something borrowed" is loaned to the bride by a happily married woman as a bestowing of similar happiness. "Something blue" represents purity and fidelity, a belief and tradition that is closely tied to the religious traditions that long ago defined marriage.

And why on Earth do we tend to throw rice or other substitutes at the couple? This is a tradition that has been carried down from Roman Times. The newly married couple being showered with rice by their guests comes from the ancient belief that rice was a symbol of fertility and good fortune. Rice, to this day, is considered the "life giving seed." (But maybe not for the unfortunate birds that later eat it).

Have you ever wondered why the bride carries flowers? This is a tradition borrowed from many countries. Over time, this tradition has evolved to carrying silk flowers although its original intent was not for accessorizing or beauty. Originally, this was a superstition based on the bride carrying strong herbs to ward off evil spirits.

It's always fun to create your own unique traditions, as well as learn what the old traditions you may be carrying on represent. These are just a few of the many ancient traditions carried out in today's wedding ceremonies.

designer bridal gowns Cheating Spouses Can't Hide Their Extramarital Affairs From The Truth

Cheating Spouses Can't Hide Their Extramarital Affairs From The Truth

We all lie. A world without little white lies would be uncivilized. But 99% of us have told bigger lies in our lifespan. For most of us, lies told in our personal life makes us feel bad. However, we still continue to lie and cheat.

Few events cause as much turmoil in a marriage as infidelity, which can reduce a marriage to rubble, shatter trust and create a breeding ground for insecurity, mistrust and resentment. Most of us have witnessed affairs among people we know, and some of us even have had affairs ourselves. This kind of thing happens in the real world, and it happens all the time. One third of all married couples admit to having cheated on their mates. Let's not be naïve. That's quite a large number of people taking risks!

Affairs begin with two people who find each other interesting and attractive. For whatever reason, the relationship escalates into romance and, finally, into sexual intimacy. People who seek romance and sexual intimacy outside of their primary relationship feel that their relationship is missing something, so they go out and they seek it from someone else.

If you feel deep in your heart, that your spouse is lying and being unfaithful to you, here are some ways to be sure. One of the techniques professionals use to tell who is lying, and who is telling the truth is to follow eye movements. Neuro-Linguistic Programming says that when people are constructing imaginary or fantasy images we look up and to the left if we are right-handed and up and to the right if we are left-handed. Think, "What color is my Mom's hair?" Where did your eyes go? Now think, "I'm an astronaut and when I went to the moon I made a snow-man out of moon dust." Where did your eyes go this time?

In the book, Telling Lies by lie-catcher Paul Ekman, he presents his 'facial action coding system.' These are the facial expressions we all use that are hard-wired to the brain and will show up without our conscious control. Charles Bond, a psychologist at Texas Christian University reported that among 2,520 adults surveyed in 6.3 countries, more than 70% believe that liars tend to avert their gazes and/or stutter, touch, or scratch themselves or tell longer stories than usual.

If you're spouse is working too many late nights, think about this next time you ask them what their plans are for the night.

Although, there has been some research lately that says this analysis is too simplistic to be counted upon, detectives continue to use it along with other tools. There was a story in Outside Magazine about a detective involved in an investigation of a poaching in a national park. He claimed he could tell within one minute if someone was lying. I got very excited and tracked him down to a sub-station in Wyoming. He said that he teaches his skills to trainees in one hour but he wouldn't tell me what they were. Maybe he thought I was a secret poacher (which is hard to be in Santa Barbara)

Here are some other ways to tell if your partner or spouse is lying and having an extramarital affair:

1. If their answer to your question is brief, clear, and direct, that is a good sign that it is true.

2. Liars start to elaborate and repeat themselves and sometimes their story or the details change.

3. The more a liar tries, the more you need to worry.

An extramarital affair takes a great deal of energy. The lying, sneaking around, and destroying of evidence all take tremendous amounts of energy. The onset of guilty feelings about having the affair, in the first place, further zaps whatever energy the partner having the affair might still have left. And, guess what all this used energy is a complete waste, because liars cannot control the 'leakage' of their true feelings, which run in micro-expressions that last half a second. It is so ordinary, so much a part of our everyday lives and everyday conversations that we hardly notice it.

dresses in plus size How to dress like a Young Urban Professional Woman

How to dress like a Young Urban Professional Woman

Don't forget about the sweater set that would look great with a professional skirt for a different look. JC Penney has reasonably priced suits and often has a sale. Most of their suits are designed to mix and match so that you can make one look go further. Pick a solid. Black is the best neutral, but don't rule out brown, gray or navy. Pin stripes always look sharp as well as slimming. With a neutral suit, you have more options as to what goes under it. Try the classic collared blouse or a pretty camisole. While a good suit can be expensive, it is a great investment. Not only can you wear each piece separately, you'll always

have something for an important meeting with clients or a business dinner.

-A crisp white shirt or blouse. It can go with anything and dress up anything. Just remember to iron.

-A sweater set in neutral or colorful shades. These are comfortable and will ensure that you always have an extra cardigan sweater to pair with any slacks or skirt.

-An A-line or pencil skirt that falls right above or right below your knees. Choose A-line skirts for a larger lower body and a pencil skirt for slimmer hips. Both of these shapes are classy and flattering.

-A basic pair of black and brown heels. Closed-toed with no more than a 3-inch heel (or less if you your job requires you to be on your feet a lot) is always appropriate. Make sure all of your shoes, whether boots, loafers or heels, are clean and scuff-free.

-Check your company handbook about what is acceptable and what is not.

-Always make sure your clothing is properly ironed, and try to avoid fabrics that wrinkle too easily, like linen. Choose durable fabrics that won't have to be dry-cleaned often.

invest in a good jacket in a tweedy or woven pattern that will go with your slacks and a couple of shells or shirts; not necessarily button down; a simple light crew neck sweater works under a suit jacket, and you can use it more casually on the weekend too.

Pick a color and stick to it so all your clothes can go with each other, your shoes match, etc. Keep your jewelry tasteful and simple, and opt for a small simple bag.

I have very good luck with Newport news, (the catalog and online) for professional looking separates; you can see how they mix and match them, and the pricing is very good. Remember that self-confidence is your primary goal when selecting your professional interview attire. Purchase clothing with multi-use potential.

Invest in impressive, classic, well-made separates that can be combined for a 'professional' or 'casual Friday' look.

Begin by selecting your best 'neutral' as a nucleus for a professional wardrobe. Colors like black, dark gray, and navy are versatile, but pearl gray, stone, steel blue, camel and celery are fashionable options that lend new dimensions to any working wardrobe. Your best neutral is dependent on personal coloring and personal style as well as your best visual impact. See Exhibition for examples.

Purchase matching components. Having options such as wearing a skirt or pant with jacket or vest multiplies possible combinations.

Use shirts/blouses/sweaters to create variety of visual effects.

Select ties/scarves and jewelry that add to possible visual variety.

Consider investing in season-less fabrics that drape and travel well, such as lightweight stretch wool, washable matte jersey or a blend of cotton and rayon.

wedding invites How to start selling your stuff tonight

How to start selling your stuff tonight

Unless you've been living in a hole for the past ten years, you've heard some wild eBay success stories. There was the woman who sold a grilled cheese sandwich that had a burn stained in the shape of the Virgin Mary. (Not only sold it, but grossed a whopping $25,000 for it!) Another man sold a wedding dress way above cost after modeling it on eBay, mostly because of his angry tirade against his ex. Every week, there is another eBay story that seems stranger than the next - usually involving huge sums of money that makes you want to shake your head and ask, Why would anybody spend money on that?

While the occasional oddity on eBay creates a great news story, the truth is that millions of items are listed every day in every category - from the mundane to the outright strange. In 2005, it was reported that over 740,000 people had launched their own business using eBay. They're living the American dream. Who are these brilliant people? Single moms, self-publishers, garage sale junkies, retired folks, information brokers, real estate agents, high school dropouts, students, people with disabilities ¦ And just about everyone else! EBay has created a marketplace where there is room for just about anybody. With over 50 million members, there is a market for just about anything to turn a profit. (Not just the ones that find divinity in their kitchen ¦)

The thing that seems to hold most people back from starting an eBay business is fear or doubt. Most people don't believe that they have anything to sell. They think it can't be simple enough to do in their spare time. They think they don't have the skills, the products, or the expertise to put their stuff online.

This simply negative thinking packaged as skepticism. EBay has grown up a lot since the days of the beanie baby collectors. If you have something to sell, eBay is the place you can find somebody to sell it to. And you can do it tonight!

One man's junk is another man's treasure. It's a cliché, but it rings true. Don't believe me? Take a look on eBay. Type something you would never buy (short of actual trash) into the search engine. EBay buyers are a strange bunch - a quick look on eBay will show you auctions where people buy broken equipment, not-so-gently-used shoes, empty plastic containers and stained clothing. People buy things that Goodwill would throw away. You probably wonder why. So do I! The truth is, it doesn't matter WHY anyone buys your stuff on eBay. All you need to know is that they will.

Here's my challenge to you. If you're considering starting an eBay business, but you're afraid you will fail, for any reason, it's time to set yourself straight. Walk through your house and think about what is in your garage, your attic, or your basement that you simply haven't had the time or will to get rid of. Take a decent photograph with a digital camera, write an accurate description and headline (after your spell check) and put the auction up for a week. Start it out at a few cents. Don't use bold or anything too fancy. (A counter might be handy, though, to see how many people are looking.)

Do this every day for a week. (If you only list one item, you may think it's a fluke if it sells.)Watch the prices go up. Remember that you're selling stuff that you don't think anyone would want to buy. At the end of the week, count your profits. selling other people's stuff!

Have you seen all the hucksters' hype about 'How to earn HUGE money on the 'Net?'

It's sickening! Most of them have never earned a dime online! They're trying to sell you some gimmick, or 'Internet Mall' that won't bring you 2 red cents.
